Pavandeep Kaur

As Quality of Education Leader across 11 secondary and 5 primary schools, Pavandeep develops senior and middle leaders to drive improvements in Teaching & Learning and Curriculum & Assessment. She supports the implementation of research-informed approaches to ensure all students access a high-quality education. Pav also leads science across 11 secondary schools, setting a clear strategic direction for excellence.

Alongside her role, she serves as a trustee for a five-school MAT in Leicester and is part of the first cohort of DEI Coaches in a national project led by the Chartered College of Teaching and Mission 44. A committed advocate for equity and representation, Pav organised REND Northampton- a dinner dedicated to tackle obstacles faced by Global majority teachers. She is excited to collaborate with others to establish the Association of Sikh Teachers—an emerging national network that aims to celebrate, support, and empower Sikh educators.
