Jagdeep Kaur

Jagdeep Pabla is a former Head of Science who began her career in the global pharmaceutical communications sector. Her journey across two very different professional worlds sparked a deep commitment to equity, visibility and representation in education. She is the founder of The Science Tutor and also the National Education Diversity Awards, the UK’s first national celebration dedicated to diversity and representation in education. As Strategic Education Lead at South Asian Heritage Month, Jagdeep works to inspire pride, progress and belonging, from the classroom to the boardroom.
